I am not a certified gym trainer, a celebrity nutritionist, or a medical doctor. I am an ordinary person—just like you—who discovered the incredible power of small, daily healthy habits.
How my journey began…
There was a time when I was not at all conscious about my health. Lazy living, poor diet and constant feeling tired—this was my daily story. But at some point, I realized that the real wealth of life is wellness. If I am not fit from the inside out, it is not possible to enjoy anything in life.
Despite not having any major institutional degree or experience, I decided to change my life. I started studying on my own, looking for advice from experts on the internet, reading books and starting to implement small healthy habits in my life.
Why did I create this website?
When I first started living a healthy lifestyle, I found that there was so much complicated information on the internet about health and fitness that it was difficult for a layperson to understand what was right.
I thought that for those like me who want to start from scratch, real information in simple language should be in one place. That is the purpose of creating this website: to share with you in a very simple language what I am learning, what I am testing and finding useful.
